1. Post a photo, of the steps you are taking in 2020 to a Healthier you.  Here’s the catch, be creative-but keep it family friendly, and no faces.  So it can be the food you are eating to the trail you are walking on.  You show us, we look forward to seeing your photos, and how creative you can be.

4. One image from each month will be chosen, those will be our top eleven, so enter each month, with as many images as you want.  Entries will be judged based on three equally-weighted criteria: creativity, originality, and overall composition.  


5. The top eleven photos will be announced September 28 at 12 pm , 2020 and a winner will be chosen by our facebook followers, and your family and friends during facebook voting October 1 at 12 pm CST thru 31 at 11:59 am, 2020. The winning photo will be the one with the most facebook likes. Winner will be announced November 16 at 12 pm CST, 2020.

6.  The contest begins on January 1 at 12 p.m. CST, and entries will be accepted until September 30 at 11:59 p.m. CST, 2020.

The Contest is one of skill in which a participant (“you” or “Contestant”) submits a photo to Instagram as set forth in Section 2 and will be judged by a panel consisting of three StudyMetrix staff and employees. One winner will be selected from entries each month and one winner will be selected from monthly entries via Facebook voting, based on a predetermined rubric as set forth in Section 5. 2) HOW TO ENTER: Post your photo to Instagram with the hashtag: “#studymetrixphotocontest” and tagging @StudyMetixResearch and @StudyMetix on Instagram or Facebook, or posting directly to StudyMetrix Research’s facebook wall. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to StudyMetrix Research and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are allowed to submit as many entries as you want for this Contest. By posting an image and tagging it #studymetrixphotocontest are indicating that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Judges will pick one (1) winner om each months entries and they will be announced on September 30, 2020. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. NOTE: BY WINNING THIS CONTEST THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ENTRY WILL BE USED BY SPONSOR OR OTHERWISE. The prize or Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible entries are received. Non-winning and/or ineligible participants will not be contacted. Should a winner decline the prize offered for any reason or no reason, the next photo with the highest number of Facebook votes will be declared the winner. 6) PRIZES: One grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize shall be one $100 gift card from Creve Coeur Camera. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an original prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, duties, fees and any other costs related to the prize not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7) WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The winner will be notified within approximately two (2) days after the voting closes, via email or messaging on social media, if and only if you win the prize. Any winner notification returned either electronically, or as undeliverable without a forwarding address, will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner has five (5) business days to respond to the notice from Sponsor. If no response is received within the five day period, an alternate winner will be chosen.
